Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

DreamBox is a start-up. We are looking for experienced candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit who are smart and not afraid to roll up their sleeves to help out wherever needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

3+ years’ experience supporting end-users in high-tech products or services (sales, account management, service, etc.).
Previous experience using CRM applications (i.e. Salesforce.com) to track customers.
Experience gathering and documenting customer requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external customers.

Preferred:

Previous experience administering Salesforce.com.
Experience using SQL or data visualization product (i.e. Qlikview/Tableau) to build reports using ad-hoc queries.
Experience working with K-6 schools, school districts, or similar educational experience.
Experience remotely troubleshooting network problems.
Experience delivering training via web or in person.
