Anyone like to bash Ruby on Rails?  I need someone that has:

·         Proven experience developing with Ruby on Rails

·         In depth knowledge of CSS and HTML/XHTML

·         Experience with JavaScript and/or ActionScript

·         Basic understanding of software development life cycle

·         Ability to write clean code that works

·         Ability to code in at least one of: Perl, Ruby, Java, Python, C#/C++/C

·         Experience developing in a Linux environment

·         BS or advanced degree in CS, CSE or EE, or equivalent experience
