I am in desperate need of an Exchange engineer to help manage a hosted exchange solution.  The team has doubled, and we need 4 different types of individuals - front line, second tier, Escalation Engineer, and a Senior Escalation Engineer.

Since varying levels of experience are required, I won't post each job description, you probably know if you are qualified.  At a minium though, you should probably have 1 year supporting or maintaing Exchange server.
