We need another developer who can create a great UI and work with our database developer in connecting to our Windows Azure SQL and Windows Azure blog data stores.  Our platform and developer tools are Windows Server and Visual Studio, with a good dose of Java, HTML, CSS and Adobe Photoshop.

This is a true boot-strapped startup; we're all holding FT jobs while working on this, with an hourly stipend for the development staff and the opportunity for equity share.  We're moving at a fast clip to get to a beta, so you're not going to be waiting more than 6mos to know whether we have what it takes to succeed.

Our team is geographically dispersed, with preferences given to Chicago or Seattle area candidates.
