•  4+ years industry experience in software testing, including:


• Initial development of Test Plans and related test cases


• Development of test tools and automation of test cases


• Solid understanding of various testing methodologies


• Extensive white-box testing experience


• Experience in a structured environment with well established processes/standards


• Strong exposure to automating Web applications in Test(w/Silverlight or third-party controls)


• Must have very strong proficiency in programming/debugging with C#,  .NET  Technologies


• Experience in client/server development and testing 


• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with other functional roles


• Good prioritization skills while problem solving and generating test cases


• Passion to drive quality


• Proactive and self-motivated who needs very little guidance.

•          Experience conducting Web server performance testing.


•          Experience building test automation frameworks using KAF, MAUI.
