Responsibilities

-Create controls, UI standards, and frameworks to support full-featured and styled web applications

-Author technical analysis and technical designs, style pages, perform unit testing

-Work effectively with Product Management and Creative Services teams to determine optimal solutions

-Issue feasibility studies for product development projects

-Supports QA by participating in test plan reviews, triage meetings and bug fixes.

 

Qualifications

-3+ years experience with enterprise web control and UI design and construction with an emphasis on web applications.

-Mid to Expert-level abilities in CSS, .NET (C#) control development, ASP.NET HTML, DHTML, and JavaScript

-Ability to evangelize UI style and design approaches, promoting appropriate compromises between creative desires and browser-based UI limitations

-Ability to produce standards-compliant web pages from creative designs/layouts

-Strong working knowledge of OO design and common design patterns

-Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and IIS platform

-Strong working knowledge of JavaScript Libraries like JQuery, JSON, DOJO, etc

-Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio

-Proficiency with PhotoShop
