We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer in Seattle that will get the opportunity to take an idea and push it out to production for a site with millions of users!

Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience and be as comfortable working on the UI side as they are writing Java code.

Skills Needed:

• 3+ years Java and Java deployment tools – Maven / Hudson

• Test-driven development advocate using Junit, Easymock, etc.

• Experience using Spring

• Javascript, jQuery, CSS

A Plus to Have:

• RESTful API design experience.

• Familiarity with noSQL concepts

• Use of SOLR / Lucene

• Use of Hadoop

• Involvement with the technology community such as contribution to open source projects or user group attendance

• Agile/Scrum experience
