**Front End Developer Needed with Profitable Software Company in Seattle**

We are seeking a full-time, direct hire Front End Developer with an exciting company that experienced 80% growth last year. This position is with a venture backed, profitable software company located in Seattle. You will define the user experience of this Company’s customer-facing e-commerce websites and online applications. You will work with product managers, visual designers, developers and other stakeholders in design explorations of opportunity assessments and product feature definitions; Create wireframes of web interfaces as part of the product development process; Design and manage the user experience for multiple concurrent projects, working in cross-functional product development teams; Incorporate site analytics and optimization metrics and apply them intelligently into iterative design solutions; Pioneer and evangelize user experience design across the organization; Bring inspired ideas and motivation into a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain all of the interactive viewers using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• May include prototyping, SEO, graphic work, and jQuery integration.

Qualifications:
To qualify, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a well rounded front end developer, where you have focused on working with cross-browser side technologies.
• Expert level experience with jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and XML
• 5+ years of XHTML/CSS
• 4+ years of JavaScript
• 4+ years of XML and related technologies (XSLT, XPATH, etc.)
• Expert level knowledge of up to date W3C standards.
• Extensive knowledge of cross-browser support and OS compatibility intricacies.
• Extreme proficiency with HTML and CSS including a strong knowledge of inheritance.
• The desire for further professional development growth with AJAX, JavaScript, C# and .Net
