Recruiter Notes: Some solution or infrastructure architecture background can be very helpful. Someone who is not afraid of learning new technical concepts or jargon is highly preferred. PM will be dealing with software architects, field consultants, business development managers, hardware/infrastructure engineers and on some occasions senior management execs.

Job Description:

DeepIntel is recruiting for a Technical Project Manager for a top Seattle area tech company.

Job Duties:

·         Managing communications with field on project status, issues, escalations and resolutions, and working with HQ core team as well as product teams to resolve issues.

·         Flexible about coordinating projects after normal working hours with global teams.

·         Program manage proof of concept (PoC) – which include tracking scope, milestones, issues and status.

·         Handle logistical and process tasks such as lab equipment, early product builds.

·         Program manage integration of reference architecture at the deployment.

·         Coordinate with vendor, manufacturers, and software outsourcers to deliver the deployment of the reference architecture.

Desired Experience:

·         5+ years of experience managing software development projects.

·         3+ years of experience in information technology, participating in software development, business process analysis, requirements gathering or project management.

·         Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in time-critical situations.

·         Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders including senior execs.

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate cross-functionally.
