We are looking for a programmer who is a guru, a messiah, an expert of experts, “the one”, in working with and coding using Adobe Flex and Action Script.  We have a unique opportunity for such a person to become part of a small startup where the sky is the limit.  In addition to bringing your Flex experience and expertise, you will also need to have some other programming and development experience.  While we are looking for the Flex guru, we also need that person to be somewhat well-rounded with experience in other programming languages and disciplines.  This person will also need a strong work ethic and be self-motivated – as we are a small startup, this person will need to be able to kick ass on figuring things out and getting things done.

Now that you know what you need to bring to the table, here’s what we bring to the table – lots of  experience across numerous disciplines including: various levels of experience in probably every major programming language out there; program and project management experience; business management experience; leading engineering teams within major corporations; designing large-scale enterprise systems; and working with fortune 500 customers.  We’ve been around the block a time or two, and now we’re ready to establish something of our own – which is a heck of a lot more fun than doing it for someone else.  We also bring to the table an existing SaaS system (a web-based application, and associated website currently getting between 10,000 and 16,000 visitors a month).  We are looking for the right candidate to help us take this to the next level of functionality by improving upon what we already have, and adding new features that don’t currently exist.  We have lots of ideas, some well thought-out, some not so much, and we want and need your input and ideas, and for you to become a contributing member of the core team to help build this business and take it to the next level.

Compensation: a stake in the company (equity or revenue share) – this is an opportunity to be on the ground floor of a new business.
