· Blackberry Rim
· Windows Mobile 7

· Web
iPhone Desired skills :
· Good understanding of iPhone SDK.
· Having already published apps is a strong plus. (NOTE: Be prepared to show samples of your work).
· Understanding of Object Oriented Programming,
· Objective-C. Experience working in XCode.
· Apple Application Developer
· Skills in – Cocoa, Xcode on the Apple and Mac OS X platforms.
-Develop projects ranging from an Apple desk top application to development for the iPhone.
-This is an opportunity to get involved at various stages of development cycle, working with various teams and staff at different levels.
Blackberry / RIM App developers.
· Must be a skilled Java programmer and have some knowledge of Java Micro Edition (Java ME)
It is also a plus if you have mobile application development experience
· Strong working knowledge of JAVA, SOAP, REST, Eclipse
· some knowledge of the BlackBerry SDK
Windows Mobile 7 / App developers
· Be experienced in native C/C++ Windows Mobile, Windows CE or Windows Phone (eg device driver, COM) development.
· It is also a plus if you have an understanding of scalable Client Server protocols, networking protocols, REST APIs and synchronization solutions
Android App Developers:
· mobile application development experience from initial design through application launch
· Experience with the Android SDK, databases, web services, and J2ME.
· prior programming experience in Java/J2EE.
· Attention to details, creative thinking, and understanding of software development life cycle are must.
· Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Must be a team player with ability to perform with limited supervision.
· Must have experience developing consumer and business applications.
Web developers:

Responsibilities:
* Design and code new features and enhancements for company mobile platforms
* Assist with all aspects of the product life cycle, from specifications through coding to QA
* Collaborate on detecting and correcting bugs
* Create documentation and reports for code you produce.
* Play an integral role in maintaining and improving performance
