Technical challenges/opportunities:

The company is looking for a highly skilled SDE/Software Engineer with UI Design capabilities and interests. The SDE/UI will own the recreation of the company's User Interface and User Experience. The SDE/UI Designer will create a brand new UI for workflows, and improvement of the user experience for the customer interaction automation systems for our SAAS systems supporting multi-communication mediums including voice/telephony, text, data, etc.

Required skills/expertise:


• Expertise creating UI for large-scale, Cloud based, virtualization & SAAS offerings.(3+years)

• Experience “automating customer interactions” using software. 

• Experience creating brand new UIs for workflows.

• C#, .Net, Silverlight (3+ years)

• Expertise implementing Agile / Scrum transformations at client site. (3+ years)

• Experienced with a variety of web application usability, including client-server, network and database projects. (3+ years)
