Social media startup in process of finishing beta of mobile web application looking for a developer(s) to join our team for next round of development and beyond. We'll likely be in an accelerator this summer with some amount of angel funding so you'll be getting in on way up.  Significant equity for the right candidate also possible of salary once we get angel round. We'd love to find a developer who can do both front and back end but are open to having two developers.

 

Here are the skill sets:

 

Front end - mobile development, html 5, javascript, familiarity with mobile platform packagers (sencha, app accelerator, phone gap )

 

Back end - php, java, jsp, sql, amazon web services
