Position Summary:

Looking for a Sr. Application Developer to work on development of iPhone/Android Applications. 

Essential job Requirements:

The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities considered necessary to perform the essential job functions adequately. 

• Significant/complex app store iPhone applications. 

• Use of numerous iOS frameworks beyond UIKit (MapKit, Core Animation, MediaPlayer, Core Data, Core Graphics, AddressBook, Calendar Kit) 

• Indication of at least some interest in or passion for the technology (has participated in some way with the larger professional Apple/Cocoa/Mac community) 

Other requirements: 
--------------------------- 

• At least 3 years proven experience with object oriented development 

• Strong working knowledge and familiarity with developing for the iOS platforms (including development and debugging) with extensive knowledge of the iPhone SDK 

• Proven knowledge and experience with Objective C and Cocoa framework 

• Proven record of success with applications, games and or utilities for the iPhone 

• Ability to hit the ground running, be a self-starter who can take the initiative and drive the development process 

• Some knowledge of mobile game design helpful 

• Must possess a high level of enthusiasm and be a strong team player 

• Familiarity with Apple iPhone App submission process 

• Experience in mobile development for other platforms a plus [Android, Symbian] 

• Must be authorized to work in the United States 

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience 

• Minimum years of experience: Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of app development experience (preferably at a startup)
