Overview
Looking for a jack of all trades (with skills in application, integration, infrastructure, and operations discipline) on open source and IBM middleware for building a business intelligence product on top of our veterinary practice management platform. The key requirement is that we're looking for good people with great skills that are looking to get out of the rat race and build a future that they have ownership in.
Since time is money and we don't want to waste anyone's time, whether you're experienced or just out of school, make a case that we should work together on the same team.

Experience
We care more about your ability to help out the team as opposed to strict experience. We figure if you're smart, you'll figure it out. Your fellow startup partners are all either IBMers or have done startups before.
Skills
Get things done.
SOA. Certifications like IBM Certified SOA Solution Designer are a plus.
