Rails developer to become a part of the team and eventually CTO to lead

Requirements:

? Design, implement, and maintain Ruby on Rails-based application and

infrastructure components

? Expert knowledge developing and debugging in Ruby on Rails

? Disciplined approach to development, testing, and quality assurance

? Rapidly fix bugs and solve problems

? Experience building data-driven services and applications.

? Independent, smart, energetic, highly technical, and capable of


driving for results under pressure and ambiguity.

? Expert-level Javascript, CSS, and DHTML skills

? Good knowledge of major JS frameworks like JQuery, Prototype,

Scriptaculous

? Excellent knowledge of database design and SQL (MySQL or Postgres)

? Experience using full-text search engines

? Experience integrating third-party Web Services

? Understanding of SEO
