As a Lead Software Architect, you will have a key position on a small team designing, developing and testing our software products. This role will be extremely influential in driving the product architecture and company growth. As the architect you will be responsible for design, architecture, and implementation of Enterprise applications in Customer Service and Support (CRM). The candidate will work with the product management team and other key stakeholders in developing requirements and design specifications. This position is best filled by a stellar person who wants the chance to shine in a high profile position.

As a lead architect, you are expected to...
- Provide technical leadership to a team of local software engineers.
- Design, write, modify, and debug software on an architecture, module, feature and defect level
- Contribute to all phases of the software development life cycle

- Understand the complexity of enterprise-grade software requirements and be at ease working in this level of complexity.
- Are a superstar in your current position
- Have 10+ years of experience developing/implementing enterprise software.
- Have a strong desire to learn new technologies, API's integrative systems, etc.
- Are an enthusiastic person with good communication and explanation skills

- Thrive working with ambiguity such as unknown technologies, broadly defined requirements and open integration platforms.
- Possess fantastic engineering intuition for determining levels of complexity and providing on-the-spot estimates.
- Don’t reinvent the wheel for commodity components.
- Have the innate ability to apply previous experience and patterns for current design/development in new areas.
- Knowledge of the following technologies: Java, Javascript, HTML, XML, PHP, JSP, Apex/Visualforce (optional), JQuery, CSS, Ant, SVN.
