Our professional services engineers design, implement and deliver our software products and projects to innovative Fortune 500 companies who push the envelope in delivering world class Customer Service and Support.  This position is best filled by a stellar person who wants to shine in a high profile position.  As part of implementing end-to-end solutions you are expected to: Create and maintain project tasks, estimates, milestones, and status. Write, modify, and debug software. Install, configure and customize existing software. Work with customers to refine requirements and ensure delivery meets customers’ expectations. Coordinate with the development and delivery efforts of teammates. Create test plans and test cases.


It is important that you understand the complexity of enterprise-grade software requirements. It is critical that you are able to use resources such as the internet and your teammates to quickly and effectively ramp up on topics that you don’t already know. Knowledge of many of the following technologies is needed: Java, Javascript, HTML, XML, PHP, JSP, Apex/Visualforce, JQuery, CSS, Ant, SVN
