I need a developer that knows about Omnistar Affiliate Software http://www.osiaffiliate.com and that knows how to use Dreamweaver and that knows about X Cart shopping cart that can integrate my X Cart with Omnistar Affiliate.  Omnistar Affiliate is very easy to use so if you just know X Cart you should have no trouble integrating it with Omnistar.  However I want someone that has 4 years experience with PHP and MYSQL.
