We are seeking high talent and experienced software and firmware engineers that have an interest in joining the ground floor of a company that is poised to roll out a suite of products that will carve out a niche and creatie competitive advantages in the Commercial Vehicle Telematics Industry.  This is a multibillion dollar U.S. industry already, while approximately 90% of the market remains untapped.  The opportunities we are prepared to capture represent what could be multiple high potential growth companies.

We have already assembled a world class management team with proven track records across relevant industries, developed a business plan, developed a prototype of our product, and have lined up big name customers ready invest in our progress and purchase our finished product.  In addition we have already filed for provisional patents and identified a significant quantity of IP that will prove to be extremely valuable.

Our Need:

To date our founders have "Bootstrapped" to advance our operation to where it is at.  We have established significant value and we are now going into our syndication of the needed resources to properly ramp up our operations.

We are looking for entrepreneurial spirited high level software and firmware engineers in a position in life to work a duration of time without direct compensation with an agreement in place for deferred post-funding compensation, equity/options or a combination of both.

We have a well connected and committed management team combined with a phenomenal business case, so our expectation on funding is not "IF" but "When".

We are looking for self motivated, outspoken, and creative candidates who enjoy to be challenged and work amongst best of breed talent.  We are interested in candidates that are interested in simply software or firmware development and also those interested Sr. Director roles.
