Hi IT Community,

I have a brilliant new web app/business that will be a game changer for online discovery. The project has received the blessings of several talented and tenured individuals in the online space. All of these individuals would like to continue to retain an active role in the company. I am also working very closely with a team of MBA students at a top 5 global MBA program to perform market research that they will use to craft a business plan for a final project in a New Venture Development class.

The most important task now is to find a co-founder. My co-founder must have experience blending UI/design with back-end database expertise (yup, looking for the person who can do it all). Please, only serious software developers with ample time (able to commit a minimum of 25hrs/week) wanted.
