Company:  Two accomplished Wharton MBA’s with an entrepreneurial and tech-based background are looking for a talented IT programmer to join in the creation of an innovative online music marketplace that matches sound creators of all levels with clients having needs for custom sound solutions. 

Responsibilities:

• Development of the back-end technology that runs our services


• Working with an outsourced team for front-end web design and development


• Creative input on the evolution of the service

Requirements:  We are looking for a member for the long run with the following characteristics:

• A passion for entrepreneurship and all it entails


• Able to work in unstructured and self-motivated environment


• Must be well versed in a number of programming languages so that you can select the best languages to program in.


• Expertise in the creation of sophisticated websites including extensive back office, modular web design, and integration of applications on a web-based platform


• Expertise in database creation, management, and the creation of analytics tools


•  Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Education:

• BS in computer science or related field


• 2-5 years experience within building/maintaining similar systems

Compensation: 

• Vesting equity arrangement will be negotiated
