iVice Mobile Apps is a Seattle-based startup that provides consumers of fine cigars, spirits, beers, and wines with a personal recommendation engine and instant product purchase capabilities so that every tasting experience is the perfect match at the best price.

We would like to identify a lead developer to help us grow from our prototype to being a significant player in the relatively new world of m-commerce. 

Ideally, you would have experience with the following:

• implementing e-commerce technologies


• building targeted web crawlers to mine and monitor


• working with RSS pipes


• automating chrome removal on markup content


• extracting natural language patterns

Our current dev stack is currently MySQL for the DB, Java for server side processing, Ruby on Rails for web functions, and Objective-C for the iPhone client. 

We can offer equity and profit sharing options, and are open to more "creative" arrangements. We are far enough along with development that we expect to have a revenue stream and/or investors within six months. We have been invited to the TechStars for a Day Program and will know in a few weeks whether we will be invited to participate in the full program. http://www.techstars.org/
