Cater2.me is a profitable Bay Area startup that connects curated food providers with individuals ordering for group meals and events. Having started in the winter of 2010, Cater2.me is growing fast with a strong base of food partners and clients throughout San Francisco and the South Bay.
You will have the opportunity to be an early, instrumental team member of a rapidly growing startup with an established partner network and largely untapped market opportunity.
Job description:
Candidate will play a crucial role in expanding Cater2.me’s current client base. Candidate will work directly with co-founders and will be responsible for identifying target sectors, revising / creating collateral to enhance sales pitch, contacting and signing up new clients, and thinking strategically about market opportunities.
We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills who will lead the strategic identification of target clients and has a passion for sales.
Candidate’s responsibilities include the following:
- Identifying key sectors and managing potential client lists
- Improving CRM guidelines for the company
- Developing overall sales strategy with co-founders
- Proactively creating new marketing materials to aid in sales process
- Mining personal network for potential leads
- Sales calls
- Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close

Candidates should have the following background/ experience:
- Experience in startup environment is a plus
