Inside Sales Manager

As a DataSphere front line Sales Manager you will assist in leading and managing a group of Account Executives to achieve sales, market penetration, and profit goals. You will play a leadership role in key aspects of sales management which include assisting with sales programs, recognition, motivation, administrative tasks and training.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support Driving Sales Results
- Responsible for maximizing team sales on a daily basis
- Assist in the developing and training of new sales reps during their initial ramp up period
- Assist in managing the sales rep metrics to ensure maximum productivity and sales results
- Conduct regular meetings/huddles with sales reps and team captains to discuss new policies, review sales issues, provide Datasphere service and industry updates
- Help close deals when necessary
- Provide Market knowledge and assist with new Market Launches
Training
- Assist in new hire training (CRM, post sale process, prospecting, best practices)
Presence/Leadership on Sales Floor on Daily Basis
- Motivating, coaching, mentoring to drive sales performance
- Model Best practices to sales reps - selling skills (qualifying objection handling, closing)
- Assist sales reps in getting closed deals - creative solutions, new approaches, proven techniques, package pricing, etc.
Sales Organization/ Administrative Tasks
· Assist in daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting
· Help in all recruiting efforts when needed
· Assist with new hire set up (computers, manuals, markets, etc)
· Follow up on customer and media station escalations when needed
· Produce and implement creative sales programs and contests daily.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of previous supervisory experience required
- Demonstrated experience in a rapid growth environment
- Excellent organizational skills - ability to effectively manage urgent tasks while driving strategic priorities. Demonstrated experience multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
- Assertive, self motivated-demonstrated track record of taking initiative and driving results
- High Levels of discretion, integrity, and honesty in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills- able to interact effectively and clearly w/ others
- Strong Communication Skills- verbal, written, listening, presentation
- Able to teach and instruct others on techniques and procedures
