We are seeking a recruiter who is passionate about imo and able to successfully evangelize our company and the positions we are seeking to fill. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and taking initiative as you will be managing the entire candidate process: developing search strategies, sourcing, pre-screening, supervising the interview process, and closing candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and evangelize imo’s products
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical candidates
- Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and formulate plans to fill new roles quickly
- Partner with CEO, hiring managers, and team members throughout the hiring process
- Identify potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, candidate referrals and other creative avenues
- Screen resumes and pre-screen qualified candidates
- Maintain performance metrics on a regular basis
- Drive offer process: generating offer letters, extending offers, and closing candidates
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years experience recruiting for all levels of an organization, both technical and non-technical
- Exceptional research, communication (verbal and written), and analytical skills
- Proficiency with boolean search strings
- Strong interviewing, qualifying, and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Avid current or future imo user
