BanZoo is a well-staffed internet startup, launching soon.  We are funded through Angel investors and have upcoming meetings with many more investors. We are a very exciting organization with talented executives and engineers from organizations such as Stanford, Google, Yahoo, MIT, UC Berkley, Sun, Cisco, and more.


 


We are seeking a technically-savvy HR and Recruiting Analyst that can assist us in the consolidation, creation, and improvement of our current Recruiting/HR tracking systems to measure and report weekly on various metrics including recruiting ROI, employee attrition/retention, headcount, and more. 


 


Requirements:


·         1+ years experience in HR data analysis and HR administrative functions required


·         Must love working with data and spreadsheets


·         Expert-level use of Excel, Google docs, ATS, etc.


·         Knowledge of free ATS application tracking systems


·         Able to meet in-person on Sundays and Thursday evenings at Stanford


·         Able to be proactive, self-motivated, and easily navigate ambiguity


 


Compensation at this time is stock only, however, we will be launching soon and that could change. Other benefits include:


·         Flexible schedule (minimum of 1 on-site meeting per week on Sundays)
