We are offering an unpaid photo studio internship for someone interested in gaining experience with the creative and commercial aspects of a photographic studio. The program is designed to equip you with the skills required to open and run your own studio. Candidates should be able to commit to a minimum of 2 days a week (8 hrs / day) for three months. A successful intern will be offered a paid position afterward.


Preferred Requirements

- Photography, Marketing, or Communications Majors (preferred)

- Possess excellent written and verbal communication

- Possess multi-tasking and coordination experience

- Passion for photography

- Extremely dependable

- Strong entrepreneurial disposition

- Demonstrate attention to details while maintaining perspective

- Have working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, basic HTML, MS Office Suite


Responsibilities

- Support and expand public relations with the general public

- Assist in managing studio daily operations

- Assist in research, communication and coordination of appointments

- Maintain website, blog and social media network presence


This is an unpaid internship. School credit, studio/photography experience, and letters of recommendation are available options to provide for intern's time.
