Our Account Executive position offers an attractive base salary and an escalating commission structure that allows those at and above plan to earn significant incentive pay. Our top Account Executives can consistently earn in excess of $100K annually in base, performance bonuses and commissions.

What You Will Do:
- Proactively generate revenue by selling local advertising and services for our media network partners including locally, KOMONews.com, as well as for hundreds of other local community websites throughout the country for other broadcast partners.
- Contact small business owners in markets nationwide to offer a unique value proposition that will help these business owners bring recognition to grow their business
- Identify client’s needs and implement effective sales strategies via the phone
What The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Substantial prior experience and demonstrated success in an inside business to business sales role or some other sales related role that demonstrates success
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1 - 4 years prior related work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relations through cold calling
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Strong sales skills – Prospecting, Rapport Building, Presentation, Negotiation and Closing Techniques
- Positive, confident, attentive and knowledgeable demeanor
