We are in need of a Technical Support Engineer for a FTE position with a profitable, stable company located in Seattle.   You will be an integral part of their client services team investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving data issues with their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve data issues reported by clients and provide on-site solutions in an efficient manner

·         Communicate with clients and internal staff in order to obtain a full understanding of complex technical issues/explain resolutions

·         Make customer field visits as and when necessary to provide technical assistance and customer care in the field

·         Work with other team members and partners to assist in the planning and delivery of customer implementations

·         Report and log issues to feed back to the team in order to build a 'troubleshooting' database.

Experience:

·         2 to 5 years experience in delivering Data integration/ ETL projects, troubleshooting data integration issues

·         Previous experience with Business Intelligence and reporting, ETL development and on implementation/conversion

·         Languages: XHTML/CSS, Some C#; Databases: TSQL

·         Knowledge of Redmine Issue Tracker and MS Office Products

Education & Qualifications:

·         Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
