• Relevant academic background – a must
  
  
• 5+ years experience designing online platforms and online games
  
  
• Strong Portfolio at the areas of social networks, social media, eCommerce, online communities and leading content sites (mainly Sports, Entertainment and News)
  
  
• Design experience with interactive games, online gaming and casual gaming
  
  
• Extensive experience with Flash is needed. 3D Modeling and animation – an advantage
  
  
• Strong user oriented approach
  
  

• Demonstrated experience to translate business requirements to enjoyable user experiences
