part time Talent Agent/Casting Director

Casting Director/Talent Agent Needed who has ambition, passion, drive to help build a start-up agency.


Requirements:

Previous start-up experience (A Plus) - Actually having worked for a start-up, not just consulted for one

Must be willing to work for equity (generous equity compensation plan available)

Must have  experience with all things technology as this will be a digital agency.  Must be able to talk “tech” during the interview. You will be Reporting to the COO


Working directly with the development team and COO to craft a comprehensive web/application for our talent database.

Developing Partnerships and Relationships with Corporations and

Developing reklationships

Working directly with the COO to craft the agency processes and systems.


 


3+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development for Entertainment Industries (Ideally at one of the major agencies

3+ years project management experience

Previous Start-up Experience (A Plus)


 


Must be a multi-tasker who works well under possible high stress situations

Ability to work events at night and on weekends

Ready for a career that is a lifestyle opportunity

Exceptional writing/verbal communication skills

Self motivated person who is hardworking and responsible

An outgoing personality who is confident in themselves and quick business decisions

Ability to work independently in a small entrepreneurial environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, (Any additional experience or programs welcome)

Enjoy technical challenges, critical thinker and problem solver
