Microsoft is doing its best to reach early stage startups with BizSpark, a new program where companies can get access to Microsoft software for free. It is limited to startups, but offers some great benefits:
- Unlimited use of Microsoft software for development and test uses
- Access to BizTalk, SQL Server and similar products if the company is a SaaS Application provider
- At the end of 3 years from the start date, the cost is $100 dollars to leave the program.
- The software licenses do not need to be returned at the end of the program
