Thanks everybody who came out last night to the nPost.com event at the Great Nabob on lower Queen Anne. We had a great turnout and a great vibe. I left at 9:30 and there were still people chatting. That is awesome, and I think everyone pretty much had a great time.
These events really focus on entrepreneurs, and our goal is to facilitate conversation, interaction, the sharing of ideas and feedback. I would say that our events pull this off pretty well, although we can do better. Any suggestions from those that attended or even those that have been to a lot of networking event?
What is the correct balance between open events and keeping the focus on entrepreneurship? Does it require more exclusivity? Personally, I would prefer to keep the events open to everyone, but clearly state that these events are for entrepreneurs.
